I have a problem with Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2. When I start up the game it loads then tries to connect to EA servers and can not, saying: "Unable to connect to EA servers at this time. Please try again later" I don't know what the problem is I have a very good internet connection and I have waited to try again several times but it keeps telling me the same thing

I have this problem where when I play the game pvz battle for neighborville it always crashes in the start where i press enter and it connects to ea servers, I really need help on how to solve this so I can play the game for the first time.Platform: PC

So i bought the game cus there was pvz franchise sale and it was 90% off so i thought why not, but after doing the tutorial, i couldnt do the ''check out whats in the garage'', it was giving me ''oh no! the garage door is moving so come back later'' or smthn. so i tried to change to zombie team and it gave ''oh no! its offline rn'' so i was like tf??? and when i tried to change the plant i was to another using the van, but behold another ''oh no!'' error. so this happened with everything i could interact other than the cannon (btw some of the ''oh no!'' errors didnt even have a description like the small white puffy flower and the dwarf shop guy). but the weird thing is like i can play co-op with one of my friends which is just shooting zombies till we get bored. btw ive logged into the ea app (it got re-downloaded when i clicked play cuz i deleted it when i didnt have a ea game downloaded) and it was already connected to my steam acc. sooo if u can help it would be appreciated.

hello? is this topic still open? i have the same issue and nothing is working (i followed through the entire discussion and steps that have been mentioned and nothing)edit : i forgot to mention that i wont be able to link my steam account into a different EA account because i just relinked it to my main EA account, and cannot relink it until 2025

@H4H4YOU If it's on PC then it's either your account getting "banned" by hackers which increases your grandmaster to a abnormally high number or your internet. It's probably that you've been banned. The game's team is working on it and there even is a case for it.

When i start the game from Steam or Ea Desktop,the splash loads but before starting the game it crashes and open the ea desktop tab again

not sure what happened to my previous comment but i'll repost itin case it got deleted for some reason,is this discussion still open? because i'm still having the same issues (and i cant relink my steam account to a different ea account atm because i already relinked it to the same ea account thinking it might fix it,now i'd have to wait till 2025 to try again)

Hello there ea sheperd, I hear you can help solve my problem about where I log into the game of pvz bfn then my pc crashes always crashes until now where when I am connecting to ea servers then boom game crashes, please do give me an answer about this I have been waiting for someone to solve this on why this keeps happening to me.

when i try to launch it it says i cant connect and to try again later but it has been 6 months and its still like that

Hello Out There!

I had to do some digging before I could figure out what was going on with this one, but I finally found what I needed.

So, you ask, what is up with the servers? That is a good question. I reached out to someone who knows someone, who knows something about it!

Long story short, we are on it. It may take a wee bit of time to resolve this one (not like a forever while), but there's been a large enough spike in players hitting me up and posting that I got attention on it.

Side note: I know I have received a bunch of DMs from players on PvZ. I promise I'm not ignoring anyone, but those are hard to get to sometimes.

The right peeps know about this, and it was sent up the chain. If they need more info, someone will post it here and request it. In the meantime, let's give them time to take a look at the data and get back to us!

Okay so.. I turned off my antivirus + connected to my mobile phone hotspot internet didnt do anything but it like shows the spawn animation and then back to the error

@EA_Pulsar hi,my friend,I have something to report you,hope you can hlep me please.a few month ago my pvz Neighborville account has been banned by hacker who can use special technologies to change your character level to very very high value that unable to log in game,I don't know who did this,i had bought many pvz Neighborville's game accounts,but always play for a few hours later then my account has been modified maliciously and I can't log in game.The hacker have some illegal means to change your character level,I wish you can hlep me to fix my game account of pvz Neighborville,my many friends beacuse this hacker unable to log in game,this hacker jealous of our game talent，I hope to receive your reply as soon as possible.thank you!
