    Omg! Thanky you!!

    We were using the wired controller, it was connected to the wireless one so pressed the down button on that and finally got the password screen! 🤦‍♀️

Hello criddlemist, A possible fix for that is once you have put your email address in and are ready to continue to the next stage of logging in don't press any buttons on the right side of your PS4 controller. Look at the left side of your controller and there should be 4 arrow buttons. Press the button on the bottom (The one that has a white arrow under it pointing down) and then it should highlight the continue/next button.
