[Old Report] purchases not going through on bfn

I bought the deluxe upgrade and the seasonz eatingz upgrade and some rainbow stars and i went to rux, i got the rainbow stars, but i didnt get my items from deluxe or seasonz eatingz. i have restarted my game and spoke to rux several times, restarted my ps4, and it still wouldnt work. please help. (i play on ps4)

    Hey @Ralamex

    Sorry to hear about this issue.

    Highlight Battle for Neighborville on your PS4 Home Screen, go down to Add-Ons, and make sure that the Seasons Eatingz and Deluxe Edition are installed.

    You can also try restoring the Licenses in your PS4 Settings:

    Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

    Hey I’m having the same problem but it says I have it downloaded and I restored the license restarted the console still nothing I want my money back!

    Hello, I bought the deluxe edition upgrade and downloaded it on xbox. I went back into the game and restarted my xbox several times. Do you potentially have a solution for this?
