Well I just kept trying to launch it and after a couple of times it worked, So if your having the same problem just keep logging out and logging back in and trying again.
i have done that but it still says avtivation key

i fixed it cause my game was launching in my native language and i switch it to english.
other found this solution acceptable others not (english native mostly)
putting a solution something so random such as "keep trying to access" is so bad.
you are putting this problem under your shoes, saying other people are just bad and didn't try it.
very bad from you and EA assistance,
already having to switch language for a 2017 games is a joke otherwise you can't play it,
assistance was a joke asking me more than 10 times to show them a prove i owned the game.
at least put as solution something valid not a random thing like that.
that worked only for you in your specific case.
the switching language thing helped more people than this, and i'm sure it will help more
Yup. here I am April 2024 and still having the issue, I am not able and have not been able to play because it asks for a key then it tells you that there is no internet

If you continue to receive an error where the game asks you to activate the game when launched, we do have some updates on this one. This error is not just affecting PvZ but a lot of older titles.
