Thanks for the info. The game should run fine on Windows 10. You can try playing in Windowed mode as a test, there have been scattered reports of issues when playing fullscreen with the latest update. It shouldn't be happening but it's worth checking.
You may also want to check the Reliability Monitor. Start typing "view reliability history" into the search bar to get this option.
I just started having a similar issue with a brand new Win 10 gaming laptop I purchased w/Nividia 1080p 8GB graphics card. I've been playing the game successfully for 3-4 days until this morning when it suddenly crashes almost immediately joining a multiplayer session. Absolutely no idea why. The screen just locks up with freckles appearing all over the screen and then reboot. Sometimes it happens INSTANTLY when I step into the multiplayer portal. You don't even get a chance to see it looking for a session or see the stuff floating around.
- Rolling back drivers
- Clean Install of Drivers
- Repairing GW2
- Re-installing DirectX and VC from Origin Folder
If I join a game through a buddy on Origin, it will crash at the character selection screen or within thirty seconds of game play. I can run around the backyard no problems. A lot of the errors in event viewer are related to nvlddmkm which appears to be some component of NVidia.

Just an update.
I gave up and eventually restored the factory image since I've only had it for about four days. I must have spent five hours troubleshooting this issue between all the events that occurred in the log. I'll create another image before updating the video drivers to see if it happens again.
