[Old Reports] why aren't my pvz gw2 add-ons not installing?
Recently, my friend bought the deluxe upgrade, and festive edition add-ons. he has yet to receive the gifts in the pack machine, and he has checked his mailbox several times. a week or two earlier, he bought the 225k pack, and has still not received them. we've tried everything. from reinstalling the game, to restarting the entire ps4. i hope something happens soon, because he spent about 35 dollars on those, and has yet to receive what he payed for.

Have you tried:
- restarting your game
- restarting your device
If you haven't then I would definitely recommend doing so!
If you have then you can contact EA and provide any proof of purchase you may have; you will receive either a refund or your purchased goods shortly!
