I don't think Ripcord is OP.
As posted another thread, I had begun to activate Impkata with Ripcord against invisible Night Cap and immediately after that Night Cap activated Fung Fu. I was vanquished faster in March-May version BFN.
I think Rapid Fire (Soldier) and Hard Target are Strong.
- @CharlesHlcBendel Not only does Ripcord give you double the fire rate for Impkata, but it reduces the time you're vulnerable to damage and basically reduces the cooldown a little bit because cooldown starts after using it.
