Origin Overlay Problem.

To put the subject into more light, ANY time I get ANY kind of notification while playing Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, it brings my game into Windowed mode, but while it is in said mode I cannot do anything! I just got this game from the Humble Bundle, and me and my Girlfriend are trying to play. She doesn't get the same issue so I'm not quite sure what is going on. It doesn't happen with any other game on my Origin (That I am Aware of). I'll try doing some tinkering with my settings and stuff some more, but as of right now, it really messes with my gameplay.
