I am having the exact same issue. I am in
more than 23 emails now over the last 6 days. No one helps, I just get circular, random responses. Twice I have been told that the game has "been sunset" and they "cannot grant me the game." So I have requested a refund now at least 15 times and they entirely and completely ignore my request.
I do t understand how EA can even get away with this. I started a post on Facebook, which contains screenshots of these emails. Feel free to find the public post under Seaandra Richardson and add your own experience and share. Maybe that way EA might eventually get around to fixing our issues.
I don't know what else to do. They do not care. The "support" is a total fraud. I just bought this game through EA on 6/8/23 and we were only able to play it for about 2 days before the error began. They basically just stole money and won't give it back.
