Plants Vs Zombies Game Of The Year Black screen of death

so i seen someone speed-run PVZ realized there was so many levels i haven't even played and buy the game cause 1$ for a few hours of fun, why not eh?

yesterday i start noticing performance issues even though my PC runs BatFie1 so it should have no issue with PVZ, i close the game and reboot my PC sometimes a reboot helps, nope now PVZ is unplayable, i load the game, no popcap logo, no PVZ main screen, but the menu music is playing, i close the game verify files, try again same issue but no sound, and now it crashes after about 3-5mins total here is the error message i receive after the crash

on steam someone said to turn off 3d acceleration but i cant access the game at all and i have it on origin not steam
