Is there a better way to get in contact with someone who can help me? This website is linked when you try to get in contact with the developers on the google play store but looking around a bit it seems like more of a forum for the community? Is this seriously how they handle their issues?
I am running into the same error. I was able to send an email to their support. I'm still waiting to hear back.
