Party Upgrade purchased but not showing (PS4)

The same thing happened to me.
I spoke with PS and reset the system, installed the game and reinstalled it, did the licensing again. Nothing worked.
Spoke to EA. They " sent it to their specialist team". The specialist team emailed me back... they said it's a PS problem.
So considering I already went through absolutely every possibility with PS and it's not coming up for me to purchase in my add on list, because I have purchased it already... I don't see EA fixing this problem.
