I feel adding range dropoff NOT damage dropoff is wrong. Here are the notes I THINK IT SHOULD BE LIKE:

Increase points for 'parkour'. Decrease length of jumps with'parkour'perk on.

DECREASE RANGE OF FLAME BLOWER.
Acorn:
Decrease primary weapon from 7-8<6-7. DAMAGE DROPOFF.
Citron:
Decrease peel shield health.
Sunflower:
Decrease primary weapon: 6-7. Increase RATE OF FIRE. Decrease heal rate from 6-12 < 5-7.
Rose:
Decrease damage from 12 < 9. Increase rate of fire. Increase jinx duration, BUT increase jinx refresh time.
Foot Soldier:
'RapidFire' Perk: Increase time to max rate of fire. Decrease OVERALL Rate of Fire.
Imp:
Decrease recoil.
SB:
Increase damage and effectiveness of heroic fists.
80s Action hero:
DECREASE DAMAGE OF ROCKET RIDE.
ElectricSlide:
Decrease damage from 18<17 crits. 20<19
SPACE CADET:
Decrease shield health on SPACE STATION.
SCIENTIST:
FINE!!
ENGINEER:
DECREASE turret damage, homing acquisition and flight. Nerf the refresh time ASWELL of turret.
WIZARD:
*This is a special one. He is a very good, balanced character. His abilites need some fine adjustments BUT WELL DON POPCAP!!.
Decrease homing acquisition and damage of staff slam.
Decrease damage of Co-Star. Increase stun after exit of co-star.
Increase AOE vE-O-sA perk.
