@XypHn250 Can you attach a DxDiag for me?
The only reason why this would happen from a hack/ban would be if we removed the game from your EA account which cant happen if it is through Steam. Or if someone else purchased it on your account but you already owned it.
The account being in a banned status could stop you if the EA account itself is in a banned status. I would log into profile.ea.com and check but you wouldn't be able to play other games either.
Here's the DxDiag.
Additionally, Is it possible for someone at EA to reset all my progress within GW2? I wonder if it's the game causing issues and not the PC. If resetting my progress is a quicker option than going through more hoops to get to fixing the game, I wouldn't be opposed to it.

@EA_Shepard Collection of screenshots that I managed to get. Weird filter probably caused by ReShade, only way I was able to get "around" the black screen.
Short 45-second video of interacting with the game & looking at player stats. https://youtu.be/YTbvIA075dA (unlisted youtube video). - EA_Shepard2 years ago

@XypHn250 There is not a way to reset or modify stats or progress in the game. I see you have a dedicated Intel chipset and a physical GPU. have you made sure that the game is running off the GPU and not dedicated to the chipset itself?
If your Windows updates and GPU updates are completed up to date as of today, I would recommend changing the gamed dedicated graphics to the physical card or make sure that it is as that sometimes changes with GPU updates. - 2 years ago
Game runs and opens but I still can’t get past the black screen nor interact with multiplayer. Is there anything that I could do to get my progress reset or will I have to make another EA and steam account and repurchase the game in order to play again?
