Hey @jorry1234
Thanks for attaching the DxDiag.
Are you still experiencing this issue?
If so, can you please try these steps?
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher and your Game Properties in your Library
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator
4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5. Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/
6. Do a fresh Uninstall/Reinstall of the latest Graphics Drivers: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Let us know if this works for you.
Thanks 🙂

- 6 years ago@iluminatethesky Yes, the issue is still there. This is just the standard list of troubleshooting? The game use to work great on this computer on this windows account. Graphics drivers are untouched since then. In my world there is something in the update that broke the game. Unfortunately the game is not worth another round of full reinstalls of everything. I was just looking if others had the same problem and a workaround for that in particular.

Hey @jorry1234
Sorry to hear those steps didn't work for you.
There should be another Update/Maintenance coming tomorrow from 11am - 1pm PST, so if you'd like to wait til then, and see if the game works for you, that's fine.
