Exactly as the title says. I can move my camera left or right just fine but not up or down. When I load in to the hub, I am constantly looking downwards. Moving my mouse up does nothing except struggle to look up. When I invert the controls, I only look up and can't look down. I changed my mouse, as well as my computer mouse settings. Nothing has worked so far. This bug/glitch has prohibited me from playing the game at all, which is really bumming me out.

Hey @Ostrich014 That's odd, sorry to hear about this. Have you tried changing your Keybindings for your "Look Up / Look Down" features? Also, do you have the Origin in-game Overlay disabled in the Origin Launcher? If you're using Discord at all, I would recommend disabling that Overlay as well in your Discord Settings. @Ostrich014 You restarted the computer? Do you have other interface devices connected to the PC? (Controller, drawing tablets and so on) If yes > disconnect > reboot > test.

I have been having this issue since launch as well. I had tried all the solutions suggested here, and none of them worked

@Ostrich014 @Duccsucc007 Did you tried a different USB port for the mouse? Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click PvZ BfN > Repair) If that also don't helps preform a clean boot, shut down Afterburner and Rivatuner if you have it installed and test the Game in clean boot mode.

Hey! my friend has been having this exact same issue. We have tried countless things but nothing seems to work. It is 100% something with the game because they don't have this issue in any other games or with anything else. It's really frustrating because he can't play. We haven't found a way to fix.

Are you sure you're all properly shutting down Discord Overlay? Try uninstalling the program completely to see if that helps any bit so we can narrow down the root cause. Also, check to see if you have any Windows Updates. Search "Windows Updates" in the search bar on your Windows taskbar.

Hello, sorry it has been awhile. My friend and I kind of gave up on playing the game for awhile because of this frustrating issue. We tried your suggestions as well, I can assure you we did them correctly but my friend still cannot seem to find a solution for his issue. Nothing has helped and it has us bummed out.
