I just bought GW2 on PC and it has the same problem as GW1. You cant remap the drone cancel button away from 'E'. I use ESDF to move instead of WASD so that means I cant use drones. I try to move forwards and bam, cancel. Ive complained about this for years on the GW1 boards and it never got fixed and it seems the same code transferred over to GW2. PLEASE FIX

It was indeed the same thing in PvZ GW1 but it never got fixed there so I was really fast with the bug report (like only 2 or 3 bug reports on this forum).

I have used ESDF since I played my first FPS (unreal tournament). If your a trained typist you will be used to the home position, which means your index finger is on the f key where the handicap notch is. I use my middle finger for forward and back. So if play in a dark in a room and I dont have to look but instead could feel the home keys and thus my reasoning for using ESDF instead of WASD. That and it gives my pinky more keys to access, (QAZ) as well as shift ctrl caps and tab.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope this fix it as well as in PvZ1. I dont have high hopes though because I others reported that one in the board also. Mines dates back to 9/1/14. Then again it was never confirmed by an EA rep like yours was.
