[PC] EA app/Steam - PvZ GW2 Anticheat Error After Launch

hi I deleted the file that everyone else deleted cryptbasee and now i have a issue that no one else ive seen have which is that when i launch the game it just goes black and i can hear music and gameplay but cant see it and the screen is glitched if i go full screen and has like 2 medium sized black screens in the middle connect diagonally. I would really appreciate some help because i have no idea what to do. Ive tried restarting laptop, repairing game files, reinstalling the game, turning off in game overlay and alt enter and nothing worked id really appreciate some help.

Hi  need help because i did that and now my game doesnt work when i open it and i can hear the sounds but the screen is just black.

If you are running into issues with GW2 and the Anticheat, please read the below information. If you are running into any other issues not relating to GW2 and Anticheat please post on the relative threads so we can track accordingly.

If you continue to run into errors, please follow the steps below. Once those steps are performed, and you continue to have the same or similar issues with Anticheat, please gather the requested information and reply to the thread so we can have the issues looked into.

Troubleshooting steps:

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Steam - Verify in your library
• Follow the Anticheat troubleshooting guide
• Head into Task Manager, and close down EA_backgroundservices - Once the task is ended, launch the game again.
• Full uninstall and reinstall of both the game and Anticheat

My PVZGW2 wont open, after i click "Launch" on steam it shows me the normal pvzgw2 screan but when it comes to the popcap/ea loading screan it just turns off, ive tryed reinstaling the game, reinstaling ea, fixing ea,opening thrue steam and ea, restarting and hard restarting my pc.. But nothing seams to work ive previosly uninstaled the CryptBate.dll file so idk if thats the issue but the file doesnt even reinstal itself anymore when i try to open the game it just compleastly crashes. If anyone has any solution please help me ASAP!!

I have very recently purchased and downloaded Plants V Zombies Garden Warfare 2, and upon trying to play the game, I get the "anticheat service encountered a system error". Then when I try reinstall the EA AC with the button in the bottom left it says successfully instealled EA AC. Then i close the window and try run my game again but the same error occurs. I am on windows 11 and have tried reinstalling the game and restarting my pc but the error still remains.

The screenshots attached are what I encountered, help would be much appreciated.

When i launch the game a box pops up with a loading bar, it loads all the way and then the box closes. the game is running to my knowledge as steam and EA launchers both show it as running, and it does show in task manager.

I have tried doing most things that are first steps to fix games such as

-updating drivers

-restarting the game/ closing it in task manager

-verifying files on steam

-uninstalling and reinstalling

-Installing from EA launcher rather than steam

-launching from steam/EA/ directly from file explorer

-removed EA anticheat and then reinstalling it again

I added 2 pictures of the boxes that pop up when i launch the game and one of the game on task manager
