[PC] I cant play Gw2 online

alright, now I have a different problem. I can play online now just fine, but all of my characters are completely maxed level, without the upgrades. No idea how or why, but I just logged on and Im fully maxed with all the characters (including a character i just unlocked after logging on). Would this have the same solution of just not logging on?

i think my problem is different because i didnt have bugged levels, also if it wasnt a player then the guy in my chat would be such a big coincidence, im almost certain its a ban for me at least despite what support say

got my characters maxxed now and have the same issue as the other guy where i have 0 upgrades

i just unlocked an upgrade on characters, i seem to level up but the pop up says im in the minus levels

@Agar_Beep11 Your issue is a data mismatch. Ive seen plenty of people report this one and I asked about it. Essentially yes, just wait. There isn't a way to "fix" it because there is no sync account button. 

There are ways like wiping the game, the app, all temp files, then go to another PC/Console and installing it. Simple steps really but as from a support standpoint, no there isn't really anything they can do because they have no real toolset for these specific games.

@PhoenixSDG Your issue is due to another player from what you described. With yours though, the stem refreshes this every day or two. Honestly can't remember but it isn't long.

Waiting isn't fun no, but it is similar to how FIFA would refresh every week to fix a lot of issues. This one does the same thing.
