I think free roam maps, Ops, Giddy Park, etc... all lead to the downfall of PvP,
EU server PC.... mostly I can get a game of Turf in the morning and generally for the rest of day with maybe some flat spots... and sometimes TV... don't know about mixed mode as after trying that a few times a good while ago it seemed very quiet... perhaps will check it out at various times and report back.
BA is mostly evenings, with sometimes a small wait (not sure if I have played it enough times to make a proper judgement though) .
It is very rarely I have to play Ops on my own, at least not for long. 🙂
