[PC] PvZ GW 2 Direct X Error When Launching Game

I've been trying to play garden warfare 2 for 4 days now. I keep receiving the error above, and i have no clue how to fix it. I've tried every solution under the sun, and i cant refund the game because i have over 2 hours on it.

I'm playing garden warfare 2 deluxe edition on steam.

My specs:

HP victus 15 gaming laptop

12th gen intel core i5

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 laptop GPU

DirectX 12
