[PC] PvZ GW 2 Freezes on Loading Screen

when i start the game it loads then eventually says i am disconnected to EA servers then continues loading but randomly reset the loading process causing me to be stuck in a loop. i have tried a lot of things even talking tech Support and nothings worked. i have a video but its to big to add to this message for some reason. normally when you launch the game and that error shows up you can still play but you cant play multiplayer but i cant even load into the backyard which is the starting area of the game.
