Bug on PVZ Standart Edition

i just Buy a Game PVZ standart edition,but last day i play the game cannot open,and i have a notice " could not activated " its really sucks,i dont know why EA?please help me

i have isue with starting game
when i am loading game it loads only java anti cheat as normal than it automaticly kicks me to ea and doesnt open pvz ps it only works when i delete anti cheat i have intro but still cant load bc off...

Didnt receive log in reward pvz heroes
Was supposed to get a pack for 15 days logged in in a row but the game bugged out and i got nothing while the game is trying to tell me i received it, also the shops been bugging out like crazy.
