[PC] PvZ GW2 My cursor wont appear on menu screens

@squidditty Following up with you on this one to see if you are still running into issues with the cursor not showing up?

I also have had this issue for weeks now. I've played the game for less than a year, then when I started the game, my cursor suddenly disappeared and now I have to navigate through customizations, shop, and the menu screens through keybinds instead.

@Rock6ster Are you also playing through the EA app?

Do you have more than one drive on your PC and do you have the game and the app both installed on the same drive? 

If you are using a controller as well as a keyboard and mouse, Which controller are you using when you play?

Yes, It's still not showing up.

No, I only have one drive on my PC, and I only use a keyboard and mouse.

@squidditty Gotcha, see if the following help!

• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Delete Windows Temp Files

• First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
• Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
• Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
• Delete everything it allows you to delete
• Reboot the PC

Optional Registry clean-up

• install CCleaner (it's free) from here
• Run Registry cleaner
• Click review selected issues
• Do you want to back up? No
• Click Fix all selected issues

I also found a few threads similar to what you are saying. This thread may not be the same, but the steps are what I would suggest trying as well.

Hi there,

I've tried all 3 of your solutions multiple times and none of them helped. If it helps you to figure out another one, I can sometimes navigate when I move my mouse up and down.

@squidditty When you log in, do you see the crosshairs? I have no mouse cursor but I do have the crosshairs.

When I go into settings and whatnot I can see the error. Do you not see the error when you press ESC?
