I said no such thing. The back of a desktop or tower type stationary PC has multiple ports for connections to accessories. If you hired someone to come to your location where you have that computer sitting, to hook it up, you either hired a clown, or else someone else has been moving cables around on the back side since the original setup.
Here is an image, neatly labelled, although there is no IGP video port near the top -- next to the printer port, below the serial port. The video card illustrated has a standard VGA port and also a DVI port, similar to a majority of Geforces.

Did you manage to correct your problem, finally? If the two illustrations already attached didn't help, there are a great many more images to follow for guidance, in tutorials about setting up desktop PCs that are everywhere on the internet, in every known printed language.
