Peashooter stuttering when jumping and did his speed get changed?

So I finally played a round after waiting for the update bugs to be cleaned up and noticed that no matter which server I play on, the Peashooter stutters when he jumps. Its more noticable in Hyper mode but I am wondering if this is a bug?.   Personally I have come across quite a Few bugs since the Free DLC update and I prey they are worked out. 

I really dont want them messing this game up like they did BF4. 

Also, I Noticed since the update that the Peashooter does not move as fast when Hyper mode is activated, is this new? or does my eyes need checking?
