Performance issues on a good PC.

Hello. So recently I bought the new Plants vs Zombies game - Battle for Neighborville. And I love it. Seriously one of my favourite multiplayer games, if not my favourite. I have it for almost 2 weeks and I have 70 hours in it. But there is one big problem. This doesn't happen in offline mode. Only in online, in like 3/4 matches. Those matches feel like playing on 300 ping. But I have a stable 40 ping. The game "withdraws", something like that. And I have stable 60fps and v-sync on. Yes, I tried turning v-sync off but it didn't help. And I'm playing on DirectX 11. I tried everything. But it doesn't happen in offline. In offline everything runs butter smooth even if I fight like 100 zombies. There isn't any "withdrawing". Is this a game problem? My PC:

Ryzen 5 3600 - Processor
GTX 1660Ti - Graphics card
32GB RAM DDR4 2666Mhz - Memory
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX - Motherboard
Goodram CX400 512GB SSD - Disk

Every game on online mode (Battlefield V, SWBF1 and 2, CS: GO etc.), runs smoothly. Please help because it is ruining a fun online match. Sometimes I can't even move like come on.

When you search for Matches in the Multiplayer Portal, have you checked to make sure you have the correct Region selected that has the least amount of Ping for you?

If you're experiencing stuttering and/or lag, I would recommend disabling the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and closing any background apps you may have open that might interfere with Origin:

    Thanks 🙂

Hey. I tried everything. I always have Origin in-game Overlay disabled and Region with the least amount of ping. I don't think it's my PC problem because it doesn't happen in any other game and I have a pretty good PC that will run every modern game in 60fps. Offline runs perfectly but multiplayer... It isn't like stuttering. It just feels like 300 ping. It's really weird.

    Hey @jakkuoryginalPL

That's really odd, sorry to hear about that.

I play on PC as well, and I haven't run into any issues lately.

Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps as well?

I did notice that my game lags a bit, when I first start up the game and am in Giddy Park, but once I get into a Match, or start playing for a little bit, everything seems okay.

Hey. I will try that thanks. I looked for some other posts and it looks like I'm not the only one who has the problems on a PC that would run this game easily. Single player runs perfectly for many people but multiplayer doesn't. But either way I'm having great fun with this game. Thanks for trying to help. Guess I'll wait for an update or something.
