Phenomenal character pack purchase unlocked an character I already owned

I just bought a Phenomenal Character pack and got a character I already had.  It seemed to have bugged since the character I already owned I got a few days ago (tennis star). Today it then said I got...

I bought the deluxe edition, which had TWO character packs. I started the game for the first time, then I checked my in game mail and it said to open my new packs, so I did, and saw my 2 character packs and opened them...AND I HAD THEM BOTH! I unlocked all characters in GW1. Then, after going through all my packs, it said I had mail, then it gave me all my GW 1 characters! So I basically paid for the deluxe edition and got the same characters I had! Please fix this.
