Plant mission 15 boss issue

There is 2 issues with this level, the first is that the boos gets an extra card although it is never stated that she is supposed to. The second is that each time it is played the exact same way with all the same starting cards. I have played through a lot of levels and don't think that after failing that it got the same cards each time. I think that this is a bug that needs addressed and not even with each plant can I get past it. Also it doesn't state that she starts with more health but does so as well.
