plants vs zombie garden warfare problems for ps3?

when playing plant vs zombies garden warfare ops i struggle with mega lag freeze my whole system i must restart n reboot it also in multiplayer horrible lag as well i have great internet it's game that suffer with tons of problems lagginf freezinng on section cant change character or screens goes black also i restall the game as well problems havent been fix help please?

    Does it matter what time of day you are playing or does it happen all the time. Also, where are you from/what time zone are you in? May help EA with investigating.

    I am dealing with this now. Bought PVZ for my son on V-Day. He is playing it. But it is constantly kicking him off of EA Servers.

    We are on a PS3. Everything is up to date. 100% wireless connection. In an hours worth of play time. He will get kicked off 5 or 6 times.

    It sucks to have bought him a game he loves to play with at a friend's house. And he can't even play it at home.

    Please. Help us out here! Thank you.....
