I just bought Plants vs zombies 2 and I am trying to create a Ea account. Though my email account is correct when I am trying to create a password the characters are in chineese for God shake!!! So I cannot issue my password correctly in English. Can you please help me with that? Is anyone has had the same issue?

Thank you very much for the fast reply. Unfortunately that was not the problem. The system language was set properly since I can issue my emai address in English but it changes in Chinese when I am trying to enter the password. I realised that when I press the button so I could see the password I was typing. Then out of the sudden while I was typing in English the letters was used was Chinese. My question is that if the cd has the problem or the ps4. It is the only game I had this issue.
Have the same problem...please help
