Plants vs zombies battle for neighborville Audio issues

hi, i have an issue with the audio of pvz battle for neighborville. I can't hear gunshots or explosions in a match, all i can hear is the music and ambience of the map. Sometimes i can hear my teammates' shots but it's very faint. In public area it's not so bad. Is it because of latency? my ping is arround 150 and peaked at 200 if my wifi's bad. Can someone help me? i already tried reinstalling the game and it didn't help.

    Hey @Charged25

    Thanks for letting me know.

    Have you made sure your Audio Drivers are up to date?

    You can also check your Audio Settings in Origin, and make sure everything is properly selected.

    Go to Origin, Application Settings, More, and Voice, and make sure the correct Input/Output devices are selected.

    I don't believe your Ping should have anything to do with the Audio issues, so double check these things I mentioned above.
