Same problem
Hey @tannerdoan62 @NOTCOOLATALLCUZ
Does it give you an option in-game to switch from Dx11 to Dx12 and vice versa? Are you running HDR?
Have you tried clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks 🙂

Hey! I cannot open the game at all so can't switch anything in game sadly. Also the MAC address didn't change anything ☹️ @iluminatethesky

I know you mentioned switching between external/internal hard drives, do you have plenty of space on them?
I'll raise this up to see if I can get more answers for you, but if you'd like, you can try contacting EA Support via live chat as well to see if they can assist:

I'm surprised the uninstall/reinstall, and clearing MAC Address, didn't help. Maybe there's another solution they can provide.
Thanks 🙂

@iluminatethesky It only happens with this game which is so weird. I have switched it around on the hard drives. I have over a terabyte in each hard rive available. This just started happening as well after the last update. I will for sure contact them and see if then can help. I am seeing a lot of people with the same problem.
