I know you mentioned switching between external/internal hard drives, do you have plenty of space on them?

I'm surprised the uninstall/reinstall, and clearing MAC Address, didn't help. Maybe there's another solution they can provide.

@iluminatethesky It only happens with this game which is so weird. I have switched it around on the hard drives. I have over a terabyte in each hard rive available. This just started happening as well after the last update. I will for sure contact them and see if then can help. I am seeing a lot of people with the same problem.

When I asked about HDR, isn't there a setting on the Xbox itself, rather than in-game?
I'm not sure if this would cause overheating issues with the game, but I suppose it'd be worth checking out just in case:

Having the same issue tried reinstalling etc still just turns off my Xbox x
