Plants vs Zombies battle for Neighborville stutter and ping problem

Question

Hello, I bought the game Plants vs Zombies battle for Neighborville and every 1 second the game stutters for a short while which is very annoying and prevents me from playing normally. The second thing is the problem with ping, in other games I have about 40-60 ping while in this game still over 100. I will add that I meet at least the minimum requirements of the game because I have: gtx 1050, amd ryzen 7350h, 8GB of RAM (7.68 free) and 100gb free SSD space.

I don't want to look rude, and I swear that's not my intention. Also, I know you don't work for EA.

But I think it's really weird for you to provide all these various suggestions, not to mention that the game really has a technical issue related to Stuttering on the PC, and that there is even a topic here in the Forum with almost 400 replies from users who are reporting Stuttering problems.

Can you please try these steps?

1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and the game properties in your Library

3. Clean Boot:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

4. Disable Background Apps:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

5. If you're using Discord, please disable the Discord Overlay

@Bazax553 I'm having the same problem on xbox one, my ping is ridiculous, going from 45 to 2147483647! And the game stutters so much that I don't play it for long cause it's impossible to enjoy it. Invisible players, when I spawn sometimes I will be invisible but unable to move, my shooting is stuttered and sometimes the screen just goes black and does nothing after that. So frustrating.
