when I logged into PvZ Heroes today, I accidentally clicked on an advertising banner and was redirected directly to the shop menu. Due to the daily login, my bonus window opened at the same time. While trying to confirm my bonus, I accidentally clicked on one of the booster packs in the background and purchased it.
Unfortunately, 800 diamonds were deducted for a single pack, even though the night cap pack only cost 200 diamonts and I only got 6 cards for it.
This has already happened to me a few weeks ago. As a result, I have now lost 1,600 diamonds, which I earned through a lot of time and effort.
Would it be possible to reverse this purchase and refund the diamonds?
