Plants vs Zombies Cheetos Promotion no local Targets carrying bags...

I've been trying to find a specially marked bag of Cheetos for the code to get Chester chomper in PvZ GW.I have been to 3 local Target stores and can still not find any bags.There locations are 1749 E Nine Mile Rd,Pensacola, FL 32514,4711 Bayou BlvdPensacola, FL 32503,and 4727 Highway 90Milton, FL 32571.neither the Electronic dept nor the Manager at the 9 mile store had even heard of the promotion.I was willing to do the legwork to get a pack for a code,but now I feel either Target or the Cheetos brand is faulting with your promotion.I have never had a problem in the past with EA promotions and would like to know if there is a way to get a code without purchase or at least be given location information as to a local store for the 32534 area that may have a bag for purchase.Thank you even if you are unable to help,but take it into consideration that with codes not working before and now not available to find bags,that you may want to cross brand with better clients for future contests.
