Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe Upgrade no longer supported?

Question

I purchased the Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 Deluxe Upgrade and the DLC content didn't become active in the game. After multiple random support agents responding to my ticket (on a 12 hour interval), this is the last message I received?

How do you actively sell DLC content on your website (Origin) and not support it?

The game works fine, but the additional characters, cards, and coins didn't arrive in-game. Seems to me like they just need to check a database and push the product again.

I don't understand&nbsp;why they don't just remove it from the store. I'm pretty sure it isn't hard.I ran into the same issue. This is really stupid.

and why didn't you bring boss hunts back to the townhall, when you came back to fix Rux?

plus, all you had to do was get rid of the crummy game modes like "get off my lawn a thon"
