Plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 freezing glitch

(Xbox 1) For some reason whenever I open plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 right be before the second cutscene ends my game freezes permanently, I tried a using a new account still no luck and also it says my saved data is 1000.1 KB big even after I cleared my data and just tried to open the game once anyone know a possible fix?
