Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 PS4 - records are not saved/displayed

Hello,

I have pre-ordered the game and played it since yesterday and in the evening I realized that my times/records are not on leaderboards together with my friends.

I tried multiple solution but I could not resolve the problem. I found more to the problem as when I turn the game on and off, my times on a shooting range (in sewers) are cleared (even though they are not displayed on leaderboards anyway) and I can set them again as "New best personal record".

Anyone had similar problems? Anyone found solutions?

P.S. The solutions that I tried were all suggested by EA support.

    If you're referring to the gun range, unfortunately, your own score will not show up on your friends list; you can find your own time in the global list if you make the top 1000.  I would be fun to be able to compare your time to your friends' times directly.  I'll suggest it.

    Im assuming you have put in a help ticket so they can specifically look into your account?
