Plants vs Zombies Garden warfare 2 stuck on starting screen

ok i started the game then saying connecting to ea servers then after its gone it wouldnt load the game i cant get in the game like i, stuck in the starting screen ive been waiting for like 25 mins i...

My pvzgw2 freezes before it tells me I am connecting to ea servers it's not on a disc either.

@joeybo0806 Hi, can I check what platorm you're on? If you're on PC can you post your dxdiag details?

  I am on Xbox 1 also the issue isn't like the others because everyone else gets the flower and I don't because it freezes before then

    @joeybo0806 Thank you. Can you try restarting your system by holding the front button, then log in on a different gamertag and see if anything changes?
