Plants vs zombies garden warfare dlc not downloading xbox 360

Need help or at least and answer to my problem. Xbox 360 trying to download the dlc it acts like is goes to 100% then goes to 0% then 98% then 99% the cycles over and over tell it times out the downlo...

Same here...my poor son is in tears now as he has been so looking forward to playing the game...perhaps an EA admin could comment on here as to how and when this issue will be resolved..?

You have my money...i would like my game please :-(
