Hello can someone help please, tried contacting ea no one picks up the phone, tried playing the game for a few days now, but cannot connect to server, tried rebooting xbox 360, rebooted modem router,...

tried the game again today still the same rubbish message connecting to ea server fail check internet connection and try again, how can some one sell games and after a few months you cant play still looking and waiting for a solution.
