Found something interesting. When I uninstalled my graphic drivers and try'ed to play, it was exactly the same. I think i forgot to mention 1 thing, i began getting the "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" problem with the nvidia drivers installed. Been trying to fix this problem for months, but no luck.
Have you uninstalled the drivers from Control Panel, restarted, installed fresh latest drivers?

Next thing to do is:
Try this. If you aren't used to Safe Mode or scared of BSOD don't do it.
Uninstall your nVidia Drivers from Control Panel (all)
Restart into Safe Mode
Run DriverSweeper
Restart
Install Latest Drivers

If you have a BSOD on restart. Go back to Safe Mode. Go to System->Device Manager->Display Adapters Remove them, restart.
Safe Mode /w Networking will save the day

This is another popular tool, it's an alternative to DriverSweeper

The display driver could possibly be crashing because of heat.... that is always a possibility too.
*** 640m will play this game

Update your Intel drivers too

Do the first thing I said and be sure it's using the 640m.
Afterburner works.. just open graph for acitvity. Do not however use it's overlay RiviaTuner, it does not work with Origin in Game.... it's one or the other or neither. it's required for coins and join friends.
