Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare not opening

Plants vs zombies garden warfare should be out by now for the US and Canada. My game is still locked and cant be played? My order says its processing? I preordered the game way back in March. I'm pretty sure everyone who preordered the game is having issues getting into the game. Is EA fixing it currently and when will it be done? I don't want to refund and miss out the preorder bonuses!
