I can't play Garden Ops on my new Xbox One. The multiplayer works fine but when I try to start Garden Ops it starts the search for a game and then as soon as it finds a game it gives me (Error Your connection to session has been lost.) I also own the game on my Xbox 306 and have had no problems with this machine.
There's a NAT setting you should look at. Someone should be able to help you with this
Also try this:
press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
