Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare PC unable to install

So.... I preloaded the game and I'm sure it's already been charged on my card... but when I attempt to install I get a PVZ Garden Warfare DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occured.

    If you run the following programs does it help?

    DXSETUP.exe at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare\__Installer\directx\redist

    vcredist_x64.exe at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist

    Your actual install location may vary, but once you find the Origin games folder you should be going in the right direction.

    My problem is that when im installing pvz garden warfare 2 there is an error with directx 9 configuration. Can you help me please?

    Wait what, sorry im a kid and im getting this as a gift for my grandpa but where is the Origin Games/PvZ GW located whats the DXSERUP.exe
