plants vs zombies garden warfare ps4- offline multiplayer

Is there any plans on bringing offline multiplayer where you will be able to play against a group of friends that are in the room with u. Not co op but the likes of what u can play on the online multiplayer?

    Not that I'm aware of. We will of course announce if this changes, but personally I would consider this to be unlikely.

    The game saves and player data is saved server-side on the EA servers, there is no way to play offline and in order to change that they would have to alter the way the game saves and I think that is highly unlikely. Also, the game only supports two player co-op locally so having 4 players is out of the question. 

    I do hope however that we can get private lobby options to set up games with friends online with custom game settings like scoring and time.

    Are there any plans to allow 2 players locally play in online game modes? Honestly, the offline survival gets boring and stale without being able to go online. It's a catastrophic disappointment for us that this isn't already included when games as old as the original Halo supported this option.
