Community AdminNot that I'm aware of. We will of course announce if this changes, but personally I would consider this to be unlikely.
The game saves and player data is saved server-side on the EA servers, there is no way to play offline and in order to change that they would have to alter the way the game saves and I think that is highly unlikely. Also, the game only supports two player co-op locally so having 4 players is out of the question.
I do hope however that we can get private lobby options to set up games with friends online with custom game settings like scoring and time.
