I just purchased this game this evening for my son and I to play -- same BS happens. players fall through the map floor .. characters float .. zombines stuck .. can't play.
DO NOT BUY EA GAMES. Last game I bought .. Sim City .. same non-enjoyable experience. Their inability to QA a product is so frustrating.
EA, move to a freemium model. Maybe that'll incentivize you guys to build and check for quality. This is the final EA game I'll buy.
Did you happen to play during the streaming install? At 20% it'll say "Ready to play" but, for best results, dont boot it.
You can delete and reinstall it, but allow it to fully install before booting the game.
